Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy


Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, or if your order has already been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In those cases, please follow our Returns process below. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for items marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Faulty or defective products: You are eligible for a full refund if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

Other reasons: If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a fault, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be requested by contacting us via email, live chat, or through the contact page on our website. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging. Items received after 14 days from delivery unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or replacement product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Once we receive your original item in unused condition with original packaging, we will process the exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the approval notice:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Contact your bank, as processing delays are common.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us directly.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that delivery times for exchanges or replacement items may vary depending on your location.
